Anxiety Coaching

One to one anxiety coaching is the fastest way to completely overcome anxiety. These relaxed sessions are content free, meaning you won’t have to talk about problems and issues, but will be solely focusing on learning to reduce the anxious state.

These one to one sessions are designed to create change quickly, but gently, in a stress free manner. You’ll find yourself able to experience less and less anxiety and panic, and instead experience more and more calm, focus and clarity.

It’s recommended that 6 sessions are the optimum. 6 sessions give you the chance to reduce anxiety and panic, then expand your comfort zone while retraining the brain to respond differently to new experiences, and finally to gain the confidence to live without the influence of fear and anxious thoughts.
